Noting the necessity to employ updated knowledge
and technology, especially in industrial activities, SHAYAN
Industrial Group has taken advantage of experienced and skilled
personnel in this epartment to conduct designing and engineering
processes of its products based on world standards. In this
department, all studies and operations on new projects are accomplished
according to reverse engineering principles.

Calibration of presses |

Optimization of operation process chart |

Reducing the dependency of production
tools to operator and increasing their precision including
dies and fixtures |

Establishment of multi-disciplined specialized
teams on Committee of Quality Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP,
MSA, SPC), Committee on Product Engineering and Committee
of PM to adjust the system with customer requirements |
|
Optimization and shooting technical problems
of dies and fixtures. |
